Cancellation Policy

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. I agree that if I cancel less than 72 hours from my scheduled appointment date, my card on file will be charged the remaining total service cost. If I need to change my appointment date or time, I may do so--IF, Ariel’s schedule allows for immediate rescheduling-- at no additional deposit cost. The deposit would be transferrable within 30 days of the original scheduled appointment. Beyond that, a new deposit would be required to reschedule. I also agree that if I am 15 minutes late to my appointment and contact hasn't been made directly with my service provider then my appointment will be canceled by the service provider and the remaining amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please contact Ariel directly to cancel/reschedule.
